How do I return an item?

Returns

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases.

Returns may be made within 14 days of delivery for unwanted goods or 30 days for faulty/damaged goods

Please ensure that the goods returned are intact, unused and in the original packaging

For goods that we have supplied correctly you are entitled to return these to us for a full refund (excluding any shipping paid) Please return goods to us either with original invoice or a photo copy so that we can identify your order.

Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Goods

For goods that are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied we can offer a full refund including any shipping paid or an exchange if preferred.

Please return goods to us either with original invoice or a photo copy so that we can identify your order. Please also include a note explaining what you would like us to do for you whether it is an exchange or refund.

Please include an order number even if already discussed by email or over the phone.

For all returns please make sure that you retain any proof of postage as we can not be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us
