Masonry Nails - Zinc

Masonry Nails - Zinc

Masonry nails are designed to be driven directly into tough materials like brick, concrete, mortar, and stone without bending or snapping.

Thicker and tougher than a standard nail to survive heavy hammer blows.

They’re engineered specifically for masonry work, where ordinary nails would fail.

These masonry nails manufactured using bespoke tooling and cold heading machinery.

All these masonry nails are manufactured to the industry requirements and, as there is no actual British Standard on masonry nails, we do adapt BS1202 Part 1 guideline tolerances.

The nails achieve a very high hardness factor of 52 RC yet remain ductile enough to pass the 90-degree bend factor.

All nails have the ‘bullet’ point to aid fixing and stop spalling.

To give superior anti corrosion properties the nails are protected by heavy duty bright zinc plating.

Masonry nails are ideal for quick, low load fixings. For anything structural or heavy-duty, screws or anchors are the safer choice.
