How do I find an item I am looking for?

What happens if an item I want is currently out of stock or there is not the full quantity that I have ordered?
We always try to dispatch complete orders the next day. Most of our items that we stock are available to us next day, once you have placed your order with us and any of the items are out of stock or the quantity showing in stock is insufficient to fulfill your order, we will contact you at the earliest moment, usually by email or telephone and advise you of when the complete order will be available for dispatch. We will send your order in two or more consignments if immediate dispatch of the items that are in stock is required. We will only charge you carriage once or there will be no carriage charge if your total order exceeds the minimum carriage paid figure you was advised of at the time of completing the order process.
How safe is it to give my bank account or card details when shopping on this website?
Your order and the transaction details are encrypted to make sure that they are completely safe. You can have total confidence when you shop on our website, our secure server software encrypts your credit card information to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected.

Can I order via the website to collect at the trade counter?
Yes, please select the collection option when checking out, you can pay by cash or card at our Trade Counter. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection, this will normally be next day but can be in as little as one hour. Our trade counter is open from 9am till 4pm Monday to Thursday and 9am till 2.30pm Friday. How do I return an item?
If, for whatever reason you decide to return goods that have been correctly supplied by us. These goods must be returned to us in original condition by you at your own cost, with a copy of the original invoice included and a reason for the return, whereupon a full refund to the value of the goods only, will be issued. If on the rare occasion, products are found to be faulty or incorrectly supplied against your order, then we offer a “no charge” collection and delivery service plus a refund if required against the faulty or incorrect goods.
We will endeavor to ship all orders for delivery within 48 hours and in most cases usually next day. Please note the latest time you can order for next day delivery is 2.30pm Monday to Thursday and 2pm Friday.
All prices on our online shop are excluding V.A.T.
V.A.T. will be added on when you have completed your order and are ready to checkout.
